Work culture is good no stress you can easily manage your work and your personal life Until and unless you did a worst performance no one will fire you from the company As per my project and my team it's every thing good TL is very understanding person, he will support at every point of time.

Dislikes

I didn't get any hike from the company so I don't have authority to talk here, but what i know from my seniors is you will get little hike. If they will provide cab to ofc location that will be much appreciated to all shifts, Apart from this nothing.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
