Work Life Balance is just the only reason to like this company now. Job Security is there until and unless you are not in Bench or non billable.

Dislikes

Who will join this company who changed the Notice Period from 2 months to 3 months just 20 days before Hike. Also You will get the hike in the month of August which is very late. If company has less profit they won't give you the PLI. Hike is okay,it's 5 % Avg. Food is very unhygienic. Learning is very limited, Doesn't follow the actual process. They will ask you to leave if they are not able to get any projects for your skills. No Gym, No proper cafeteria, no training, nothing to play to relax your self. No Team lunch or Dinner. No Work From Home....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
