No pros only cons are there.

Dislikes

There is totally politics is going on. People who are from south are getting chance and are moved into project irrespective to there skill and the people who have skills are on bench and when you go to your manager and he and ask them fro project the keep saying update your skill and manager replies we will let you know it has been 2 years only getting same replies from manager and hr.

The opportunity they have given me to learn and upgrade my skills as a fresher and the time they have given us to get ready for a project.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Toxic work culture, there is still some people who will make you feel the South-North politics is still alive. Don’t know about the other departments but in DE the leadership is not good. They doesn’t work and start playing blame games. Last but not the least, you have to forget about your weekends.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
