It's a structurally sound company run by the people who learned management from Wats-app forwards

Dislikes

It's a complete waste of time and resources for anyone. The initial impression they give out is of a professional firm, just a facade that will show itself the moment you're employed. MD wouldn't let some of his employees during the meetings, because he doesn't see them as worthy. That's what you're getting into, Good luck and stay away

Work Details

It was the most unprofessional workplace environment that I've been a part of. Working hours are flexible, you're not supposed to leave your desk if MD is at his cabin, even after your working hours are over, without additional pay.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
