One of the fake industry have seen in my life. The work culture is so toxic, not supportive stuff, there are only 5-10 people working in office. The company not giving payment on time and they extend payment date on every month between 15-20days. My salary is stuck from my last end month and i am continuosly tring to connect with owner/ co owner but the not receiving my call and not replying the message. At that time of my job there are 11 employee are continuosly leave the company, because of toxic work culture. I humbly request you people, dont joined in this company they will fooled you. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
