No co ordination among team members and completely lacking in vision. They don't treat employee well. They treat us as executives.

You will be only getting is the learning and knowledge.

Dislikes

Too much Politics, Poor management, Managers are biased. Poor HR policies, Poor IT services. No cafeteria, No canteen. No appreciation for the achievements. Low salary as per the market. Whatever bad you think you get it here. No streamlined Process, process changes frequently.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
