Dislikes

Manuli has a good work-life balance and timing. But I didn't like the work culture. You will not find a single corporate culture here. I left them because I felt that my senior was not more than a ZERO. He wanted to shed all his work to me without giving accreditations. There is no scope for growth here.

I was the Compliance Officer there and was also looking after the finance. Though my role was of Finance Controller, but my senior was not comfortable giving me this designation due to his job insecurity.
