Likes

Good work environment culture. Faculty and office are supportive and the management is transparent. They give a good salary hike every year.

There is a lot of issues the management. Salary is not increase but career growth is slow.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
