Terrible company culture, complete lack of organization. Managers were clueless and disengaged. No training or guidance provided, leaving employees to figure things out on their own. The workload was unmanageable, leading to constant stress and burnout. Promised raises and bonuses were never delivered. The office environment was outdated and depressing. Communication between departments was non-existent, causing delays and confusion. Company policies were constantly changing without clear explanations.
