Good work environment and culture. Seniors and colleagues are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Because of I have two years experience with Manipal Business Solutions Ltd. throughout the years I was the best performer across the country. but my carrier growth was nothing and my salary growth was very nominal high. Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job by dint of hard work.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
