Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?

Intentional salary delays despite of adequate fund. Management is anti employee. Long visa process. They deny visa to the employee after make him work in his visit visa or give a much low salary offer. Visa cost will be deducted from salary. Leave salaries and even air tickets are pending for years for many employees. Not friendly with external stake holders including suppliers and clients Micro managed, stressful and unorganized workplace. Poor work culture and management does't want to improve anything. Dozens of complaints raised by the employees in the labour court during recent past. Management advise to HR is "stay away from employees" Overall, a company, job seekers needs to stay away from!...Read More
