Not getting increment time to time as per told during interview no incentive for any changllenging project work

Job is very nice struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session I learnt at that time then I get opportunity to prove myself now I can do independent work upto amount 5 cr. I got very well knowledge about construction.
