I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

It's a sister concern of Hyderabad Industries Ltd (Charminar Brand Asbestas Corrugated cement sheets). Unfortunately the sales depot was closed by the company. Hence I was forced to come out. It is a good company and staff benefits were very good.
