It is good company for freshers to learn basic things though it is establishing there opthelmic plant and trying to get approval from WHO.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Work culture is average.Management is Little bit poor.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job and got chance to wear multiple hat and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
