Worst experience ever in my work life. The director is fraud and cheapster. They were providing me salary less than we discussed in the interview round. And the director of the company has still not paid me the last month salary. And she is not answering to my messages. I would recommend everyone not to work with this cheap organization.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
