Do not join as lateral with experience of java technologies, They have their inhouse product and technologies called as ICD ICM YAWL etc. They mention this in job requirement but when you google it you will get nothing about it. Everything after joining is depend upon their training on this technologies which is very basic compare to problems or development on which you work. Their project teams are divided into majesco employees and some other company's employees like deloitte, LTI, HCL(who are ex majesco employees) etc. And majesco team members are minor in almost all projects. So newcomers dont get proper KT, guidance from other team members or late replies to queries,extended working hrs, unrealistic deadlines and pressurising on new resource to achieve it. They are literally murdering Agile concepts, normal working hrs are more than 11 hrs, saturday working due to poor management, management do not have guts to deal properly with customer and maintain balance between customer expectations and technical team. They have adapted permanent work from home culture which is making more difficult for new employees because existing project members hardly guide you on call and you sit idle most of the time and work timings get extended till midnight after you get guidance.There is always miscommunication or communication gap between seniors from the project and newcomers and newcomers suffers a lot because of that. No team bonding. They are very unethical and call even after working hours get over. No fixed hours of working. No onsite opportunity. Many arrogant employees working there as team lead or manager or architects from very long time can ruin work life balance of juniors and new team members. Management have very pathetic stratergy to run project for example they don't invest in technical KT and grooming resource technically. They just provide functional KT through some old recorded videos. So developer remain unaware about many important technical things for long time and face difficulties while working with seniors.
