We get knowledge on insurance domain and how to take product ownership due to less resources.

Everything is worst over here. From training to onboard working. This company is a trap. They attract employees on big packages and waste their careers. Management is so pathetic that BA's who are non technicals sit on your neck and get the tasks completed even though it is 3 am in the morning. Deployent process is very worst over here. Not a single day is stress free. Even though bug appears, everytime developers are blamed in all the meetings i.e in RCA meet, scrum meet etc etc. Job security is so worst that they kick employees without prior notice which involved managers too. It was a nightmare joining this company. After switching here it has been a year that I have not touch Java code. Employee ethics should be taught to higher management. No worklife balance at all. Apart from great Company culture, I also liked working environment. I worked under 2 managers here in a same team. Both of them were very supportive and understanding.

Dislikes

Some of the team leads(Not manager) will be headache for you. Also you will see them in your appraisal meetings. They will somehow have something to tell against you and rate you average.

Horrible and cheap level of politics. I will personally suggest husband and wife not to work in Majesco at same time. The people compare amongst themselves even if in different teams rather to compare with the team members of respective teams.

Dislikes

Productivity is considered on the factor of buttering the managers and not by the work done thus becomes biased with the people who do actual work and are straight forward leading to high dissatisfaction.
