Weekend holidays is the only good thing about company.
Dislikes
No career growth. No skill development trainings offered by the company or manager for any employee. Using old technology ( which never used in market ) for development of Insurance Applications as it is a Insurance Product based company. In each project manager supports only their own caste, religion, state specific employee. Meansmanager belongs to Gujarat supports only gujju employee. In weekend also any time manager call and ask to do some work. You will get 1.75 leave in your account but when you are planning to go on leave manager denied that saying project urgency. No job security as company lay off near about 200 employee in October -2019, 75 employee in November-2020 ( one of my friend also layed off though her performance was best ). Also company location in Pune and Navi Mumbai is far away from residential and other IT parks, which costs you additional money for traveling. If you want to join this company then only stay here for maximum 2-3 years not more than that....Read More
