In my project work-life balance was maintained. Work Culture is pretty good. Company policies regarding leaves are very good compared to other companies

Dislikes

No bench maintained. So if your project gets over then it may become an issue

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
