1st thing while joining this org. they mentioned 3 months notice period. But as a payroll company without any information, they are saying our last working days with before of 5 days. No contacts with the HR team. We don't know who is hr Maintec only send the people after that they don't have any responsibility. All things are depends on client / PM.
