Likes

As a role of retail store incharge I get the opportunity to closely linked with customer relations and services. Also link with the stakeholders and sales staffs helped me to generate better revenues. Providing friendly atmosphere would be the reason for best performance.

Salary - Good
Job security - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Management activities are less which doesn't develope further skills. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Lack of availablity of new resources and technologies that admits beneficial knowledge.

Promotions - Poor

Work Details

The role is managable and also wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
