The first thing I like about MNG Academy is the work life balance and the timing of salary credit at the beginning of course. It was good not better. This was the only thing I liked about the company and another thing is that they hire mostly Bengali speaking people which creates familiar environment.

Dislikes

There's a long list and I will be mentioning a few. First of all the upper management never consider the lower level employees human beings. For them we can be used anywhere any way possible. They won't recruit enough man power but make you run across the state. Secondly, for the last few months they are holding up salary and threaten to sack the employees as if we will perform better if we were afraid! Our Business Development Manager is literally a jewel.
