The first thing I like about MNG Academy is the work life balance and the timing of salary credit at the beginning of course. It was good not better. This was the only thing I liked about the company and another thing is that they hire mostly Bengali speaking people which creates familiar environment.

...possible. They won't recruit enough man power but make you run across the state. Secondly, for the last few months they are holding up salary and threaten to sack the employees as if we will perform better if we were afraid! Our Business Development Manager is literally a jewel. When I was leaving he threatened me that he will be personally look into my career in the skill development industry and destroy it any way possible!😂🤣 I wish him all the luck 🤞🏻

This company has so many things which are not accepted, they are as follows - No HR Policy No Proper details of salary deduction No salery slip provide No plan of action of any task They give small amount of salary and with this you have to roam all over india. If you by chance go outside then they will stay you outside for a long time. Also they making false promises to staff. No work life balance, no job security, no promotion, no work satisfaction.

Trying to provide salary on time But from last 6 months this is also not up to the mark with out any reasons deduct peoples salary

There are lots of internal politics always going on among the staff driven by the seniors, Riyan, Shibashis, Subham are all culprits, they are doing nothing apart from engaging politics & stealing Now a days female also not safe there from Managers like Riyan
