The first thing I like about MNG Academy is the work life balance and the timing of salary credit at the beginning of course. It was good not better. This was the only thing I liked about the company and another thing is that they hire mostly Bengali speaking people which creates familiar environment.

Dislikes

...possible. They won't recruit enough man power but make you run across the state. Secondly, for the last few months they are holding up salary and threaten to sack the employees as if we will perform better if we were afraid! Our Business Development Manager is literally a jewel. When I was leaving he threatened me that he will be personally look into my career in the skill development industry and destroy it any way possible!😂🤣 I wish him all the luck 🤞🏻

Trying to provide salary on time But from last 6 months this is also not up to the mark with out any reasons deduct peoples salary

There are lots of internal politics always going on among the staff driven by the seniors, Riyan, Shibashis, Subham are all culprits, they are doing nothing apart from engaging politics & stealing Now a days female also not safe there from Managers like Riyan

Trust hired 2,3 gunda for dominating centre & junior level they are abusive on male, female staff Altime, they r doing nothing whole day, only doing politics Now a days one of them Mr Riyan Kanji lolzzz threatening female staff like in this word "nanga kore marbo " lathi mere office diye taria debo " If you want to complain against him to so called HR or Owner they will terminate you without any justification Big ashole is there his name Mr Subham Ghosh he pretend that HR but 😃😃😃😃😃rahene do

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
