Nothing, no job security even they not paying salary on time

Managers are using employer for there personal work. No career growth, no job security even they doesn't pay salary on time, always delay salary 20 days to 30 days, and if you can achieve your 100% taget but still they promote people doest know the correct process and never achive target in simple work they are not productive but ifthey knows how to make happy there managers by doing their personal work or passing gutka or cigarette. Worst experience I had their. i will never recommend anyone to join that company. Also they not proving break of 1 hour, they only gives 15-20 min break in 9 hour shift, panthatic atmosphere in the company...Read More
