The best part of "MAGIC BILLION' is its the only organization in India which is working for citizens of our Country with best opportunities in abroad. The work atmosphere is really good all people working here are way to supportive and humble.

I won't any sensible well qualified person to join the firm -you might find yourself contemplating exit strategy within a week's time. All reviews echo the same if you cross check and those got solid substance. A special shout out to the office culture ,which is an intricate web of never ending politics more than india has ever witnessed in its political history expertly orchestrated by Miss. Prapti( GM Sales) . No hard feelings for her but one can't help but wish for a bit of human touch , kind heart and some professionalism when it comes to work ethics and leadership traits. I wonder from where she learnt all the knicks and knacks for creating situations particularly if you don't please her and not as per her zodiac sign criteria , she creates a traumatic experience for you . Experience you never had before -tada !! Unfortunately she will loop in HR who is way junior to her and play a beautiful scripted drama which will lead you to resign yourself. Miss GM Sales why don't you try writing scripts for Ekta kapoor serials,coz i feel even in her serials people don't die or exit that soon. What really baffles me is ignorance of founders who are allowing all this to happen at the cost of company's health and existence . I am sure that is surely a heavy price they are ready to pay happily. If a new hire can pick up these issues , how come for years they let these go unnoticed? Anyway I wish everyone best. May Miss GM Sales find healing from her insecurities and attachment to her chair which seems to be the source of so much chaos at Magic Billion. I am sure daily some magic keeps happening there in terms of people coming and leaving the organization....Read More
