This institution has one of the worst managements I’ve encountered. Salaries are never paid on time, and there are unnecessary deductions without proper justification. The management has kept so-called "detectives," creating an uncomfortable and distrustful work environment. The institution operates more like a business than a genuine educational establishment, with an arrogant Chancellor and Pro-Chancellor who clearly have no regard for employees or students and have no idea to run the university. So called Director General earning money on commission basis and making management fool. He have destroyed this University and nothing is left there. Some departments/employees are taking 200Rs for increasing 10 marks and 500 Rs for passing the candidate. There are serious concerns about the selling of fake degrees, which has severely damaged the university’s reputation. Working hours are excessively long, from 9 am to 8 pm, and salary deductions are made in the name of a "security deposit," which is never returned.
