Terrible work culture, nothing to learn, seniors have zero knowledge about their field, no job security, they can tell you to leave anytime they feel like not to pay you anymore, exploitation, pathetic work culture

There is a complete freedom for work. Although we have to abide by the rules and norms of the company. NO micro-management. New Ideas and suggestions are welcomed and appreciated.

Dislikes

The team needs to be a little more pro-active in terms of customer satisfaction and sales growth.

I like Nothing in madhurya but the art of living international centre is so good, u can visit once. The ashram atmosphere is so peaceful.

Dislikes

Unprofessionalism. no training, no job security, no growth, no learning, very bad atmosphere . Actually it’s not a company, it’s just a shop. Any staff can increase or decrease any product price.

Hectic, bcoz no one wants work thr. Everyone is a sewak, so they do sewa only. No one is a staff . So no one is responsible for anything.
