I never seen a company like this.May b the team i worked is toxic.I worked in a very bad team where everyone especially the tamil people formed a group and started targetting me.Manager named Rohit gave false promises before joining and when I asked him for the hike he started targetting me and blamed me on my wrk.I have 3.5 years of expereince in the same field, Manager tortured me so much so I have to move out of the company.I even contacted hr but she also supports him as he ia working there for many years.There is so much politics within the team.Female employees has no safety in the team.They talk very rudely with female employees.I never gave reviews about any company but I wanted to raise this all concerns because i strongly recommend not to join in this company.Even start up companys are more better than this because they follow work ethics.Here there is no proffesional ethics even to the manager.I wonder how he got the manager role.If you are non Tamilian then this place is not for you....Read More
