Likes

Great work environment and culture. My team leader is too good and supportive, also management. Company policy are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary and bonus.

Dislikes

Its have a small level company not a large level. In my company have only two survey tools. Here should be two more. And i want to saying that its my suggestion not other think. Its a positive thinking for my company.

My position is too much interesting for me. I learnt everything on the job.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
