"A Soul-Crushing Nightmare – Avoid at All Costs!" Working at ML Bhulwania was by far the worst professional experience of my life. From the toxic work culture to the complete lack of leadership, this place is a black hole of misery. Management: Incompetent, clueless, and borderline abusive. Managers have no idea what they’re doing, yet micromanage every second of your day. Feedback? Nonexistent—unless you count passive-aggressive emails sent at midnight. Workload: Unrealistic expectations with zero support. You’ll be handed impossible deadlines, then blamed when (surprise!) they’re not met. Work-life balance? A joke. They expect 24/7 availability but won’t even approve a lunch break. Culture: Backstabbing, favoritism, and gossip run rampant. HR exists only to protect the company, not the employees. If you’re not part of the "inner circle," prepare to be ignored, overworked, and underappreciated. Compensation: Laughably low pay for the amount of stress. Promotions? Only if you’re willing to sell your soul. Benefits? The bare minimum, if that. Final Verdict:Run. Fast.
