Rude behavior with employees. Delays in payment. So many extra work other than the work I'm entitled to do but no extra payment for it. No fixed time of closing the office.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
