I’ve been working here for about a year, and I’d like to point out that favoritism is a significant issue within the company. I’m from Tamil Nadu, and several directors from Andhra Pradesh, such as Eshwar, Suresh Varupula, and the recently joined Subramani (all ex-Cerium directors), appear to engage in favoritism. Suresh Varupula, in particular, has political connections in Andhra Pradesh. The hiring process, promotions, and salary hikes seem to be influenced by an employee's region. Those from Andhra Pradesh are more likely to receive promotions and salary increases. Another director, Mangesh Thakrey, who is from Nagpur and also an ex-Cerium director, seems to show similar bias toward employees from Ramdeo Baba College, Nagpur, or Nagpur itself. This favoritism likely stems from the director's backgrounds at Cerium Tech Mahindra, where there may have been improper practices. Suresh Varupula’s relative, Rajesh Varupula, is currently working at Cerium Tech Mahindra and is reportedly continuing similar favoritism there. Additionally, the company is facing difficulties in securing clients due to widespread malpractice and frequent breaches of the code of conduct. These issues are damaging the company's reputation and hindering its growth. Nothing Good here, i got offered for 10 LPA but but if you have some casual connection with Directors company then you will get 20+ LPA, There is one guy Eshwar (Director) ran from Cerium system just be careful with guy.
