The BA manager from the UK is a good person and he is very much helpful to developers.

The team leader of the UI team is terrible who don't know anything about the technology and try to pretend to know everything technically and egotistical person who don't want the person who knows to promote than him. He always tries to tie everyone with older technologies so he can survive his position. Company has not to the good office to work in it, some schooling rules over there, like mobile using, all Pharmaceutical company rules attach to IT company, cause it is a child company of Pharma company. HR put their own rules, mainly holidays we need to follow UK holidays and salary for Indian standards. During such situations, employees need to come office whether they are positive or not. I have an experience that I had been set 2 days with Covid Positive person and then he go for test and got the positive report. Every IT person who goes to Luxsh will not like the work culture there, there is no proper work flow, employees in Luxsh don't have any work on there desk they just have to site idol for the whole day. Partiality done inside team. Will not recommend any one to join Luxsh.
