I worked on Macy's project and it has a pathetic environment, HR is totally helpless they are in favor of the company and higher management side. In Macy project, there is no time management, no personal life, one man decision. The majority 95 % of the resources are working 10 hrs shift from mon-sat. there is no increment even if you give your 100%. think before you join in this project.

Company is over!! No worklife balance. We are asked to work extra hours to bring business only because others projects have shut down. Please donot join this company. I can't leave this company till next 4 months or I have to pay retention amount. Heavy heavy loss. We are told to work night shifts too.

Horrible company. Managers and HR are biased. They don't care for employees. It is hire and fire policy. You will not be given time. They will suddenly ask you to leave and will give stupid reason. Company is shutting down projects.

too much of internal politics, your job will be at stake if your tier 1 & tier 2 bosses doesn't perform and doesn't meet the target. So even if you perform extremely well and get appraisal your job will always be at stake at below hierarchy. HR always supports management and not the employee.
