I worked on Macy's project and it has a pathetic environment, HR is totally helpless they are in favor of the company and higher management side. In Macy project, there is no time management, no personal life, one man decision. The majority 95 % of the resources are working 10 hrs shift from mon-sat. there is no increment even if you give your 100%. think before you join in this project.

Job is always insecure. Irrespective of your knowledge or experience. This company decided to fire most of its employees in 2020 when COVID 19 was at its peak. HRD dominates the operation team while hiring and firing. Nepotism plays an important role in the process of hiring. There is no transparency. Many employees who were about to complete 5 years were fired to avoid the financial burden of gratuity. Employees are fired secretly by the HRD and even your reporting manager is not aware of it. Managers are incompetent and inefficient and they simply blame the junior staff for work-related concerns. In most departments the entire production team has been fired but managers are still there. This is possible only in Lumina because of corporate corruption. There is no place for hard working employees. However, Lumina Datamatics is the best place for sycophants and bootlickers.
