Job is always insecure. Irrespective of your knowledge or experience. This company decided to fire most of its employees in 2020 when COVID 19 was at its peak. HRD dominates the operation team while hiring and firing. Nepotism plays an important role in the process of hiring. There is no transparency. Many employees who were about to complete 5 years were fired to avoid the financial burden of gratuity. Employees are fired secretly by the HRD and even your reporting manager is not aware of it. Managers are incompetent and inefficient and they simply blame the junior staff for work-related concerns. In most departments the entire production team has been fired but managers are still there. This is possible only in Lumina because of corporate corruption. There is no place for hard working employees. However, Lumina Datamatics is the best place for sycophants and bootlickers. Company is over!! No worklife balance. We are asked to work extra hours to bring business only because others projects have shut down. Please donot join this company. I can't leave this company till next 4 months or I have to pay retention amount. Heavy heavy loss. We are told to work night shifts too.

Horrible company. Managers and HR are biased. They don't care for employees. It is hire and fire policy. You will not be given time. They will suddenly ask you to leave and will give stupid reason. Company is shutting down projects.
