Likes

The environment is very good and professional. You get to learn a lot of new things. The facilities and infrastructure of the company is also very good. The managers are good and helpful. Overall it is a very good and peaceful place; no politics or negativity.

Dislikes

The only drawback is that the workload is too much some times and we are not paid anything extra to do the extra work. Besides we have to sit extra time and sometimes work on Saturdays as well without getting any extra payment. The salary is less but then they have other facilities so it's kind of ok if compared to the other companies, at least this place does not have that much politics and toxic environment....Read More

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
