The 5 day work period, and proximity from my home. Other than the team members and the colleagues are really helpful.

Dislikes

There is no scope for growth. Also understand that this company is a data centric company so there is no scope learning anything new you might end up doing some stupid copy paste most of the time. And at the end you'll realize you wasted your time which could be used somewhere else learning something. The higher management also lacks character and decisions are taken on favouritism. They have a very stringent work culture where you have to sit on your bench for 8 hours any how and 30 mins are devoted to break in the whole day on exceeding which your leaves and salary gets deducted. They have scan machine at every gate, they basically treat you like caged animals. The Trainees and MO1 level guys are paid mere peanuts.( I was at M04). They started the management trainee program in 2018 itself and aren't clear on how to use their resources. The canteen at lumina datamatics is so small that most of the time you find yourself standing in queues. Datamatics is the parent company but don't consider joining lumina just because of brand, you might end up regretting it later....Read More
