Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? Lucro is good to learn new things. If you are capable to learn things on your own then lucro is good options.

Dislikes

Poor Managment, Job insecurity -Managment will throw you out and you will be never known what was the reason.If good politics it is enjoyable but bad politics not at all acceptable.Your mistakes will be not tell to you but other all staff in the factory.It doesnot make sense to make career here just to gain knowledge for 1 to 2 years is enough in Lucro.

Work Details

Taxation-Filing all returns: GST, TDS, PT and assiting auditors for finalisation, Banking- Import and Export-Taking Deal with bank, Closing of BRC, LC and BG and follow ups. Checking all entries of new Software and closing monthly entries.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
