LTIMindtree has a collaborative and inclusive work environment, and colleagues are supportive, and teamwork is encouraged. There are too many learning opportunities, and also Growth and Development opportunities. Mostly I like this environment.

I haven't encountered any significant dislikes so far; the overall experience has been positive and fulfilling.

Work Culture is Great around here. We have hybrid model for working, so that gives us so much flexibility to Work from home as well as work from office.

Dislikes

The sick leave policy requires a minimum of three days to avail leave, which can be inconvenient for minor illness that only need a single day of rest. The appraisal process could be improved with clearer criteria and more frequent feedback to help employees track their growth and contributions effectively.
