I like the Hybrid work policy that's currently in place, gives me flexibility to work and maintain work life balance.
I dislike the Sick leave policy, which is only useful for very few rare situations, hence lacking empathy towards people who may fall sick for just one day (which is mostly the case) and this forces us to use our Annual leaves instead, which is not fair. The pay is not up to market standards as well, wish that was corrected.

In LTIMindtree, there is flexibility in work and team is cooperative and approachable.
Multiple changes in appraisal cycle in past 2-3 years. Compensation benefits is not much satisfactory, extra perks not available. Deductions are more and in hand salary is less.

After merger company culture is completely failed. We thought the L&T is taking care their employees bit it's not like that. And Management is completely telling their employees to leave if you don't like the work culture. This is the current situation.

I got into really good team with great colleagues and good managers. Job security is good till you are in project. But there'll be 60 working days of bench period if not on any project
Could have given negative or 0 stars for salary benifits and hikes. Forget about good appraisals or promotions. Promotions are just for sake of designation without any monetary benefits. You'll get to hear about all expected jargons and blunders like "external factors" and budget. There'll be no consideration of the amount of efforts you're putting in. Great place to work. All the managers I have been involved with are very understanding and supportive. There are a lot of learning opportunities since we get access to a lot of courses and there are some regular mandatory courses in-line to the tech stack to keep yourself refreshed on your knowledge.
