After merger company culture is completely failed. We thought the L&T is taking care their employees bit it's not like that. And Management is completely telling their employees to leave if you don't like the work culture. This is the current situation.

I joined LTIMindtree as a SSIS and SQL Server ETL developer but soon I was moved into a project on GCP. Over there the people were very co-operative and understanding and they have given me proper time for getting acquainted to the new role. Soon I transitioned into a GCP Data Engineer. Now after 3.5 years I am leading the team and the seniors and leaders all are quite transparent and accommodative in their approach towards all the developers. The Salary levels and disparity between new joiners and older employees are pretty concerning and they should look at normalizing and manage the discrepancy by adjusting te salaries for exceptional developers or good people who has contributed outstanding amounts in the projects or to the organization for a long time.

I have had excellent managers and great team.

Dislikes

No response from HR whenever you try to reach out to them. Late appraisals, no arrears. No team outing of any kind through out year, no lunch /dinner. Not much employee benefits and employees engagement.

The work culture is really praise worthy here. I have worked on two different projects in the company and there has been people , policies , work ethics and team bonding developed in such a way that they all gel to create a culture that benefits & help everybody.

Delay in annual hikes has become a norm and that too without any communication to employees, This tradition need to be changed quickly
