Nothing like about Ltimindtree. Just we like is L&T name.
After merger company culture is completely failed. We thought the L&T is taking care their employees bit it's not like that. And Management is completely telling their employees to leave if you don't like the work culture. This is the current situation.

The Salary levels and disparity between new joiners and older employees are pretty concerning and they should look at normalizing and manage the discrepancy by adjusting te salaries for exceptional developers or good people who has contributed outstanding amounts in the projects or to the organization for a long time.

I have had excellent managers and great team.
No response from HR whenever you try to reach out to them. Late appraisals, no arrears. No team outing of any kind through out year, no lunch /dinner. Not much employee benefits and employees engagement.
