I joined on the roles of Walmart at that time acquisition was completed by Flipkart group. Walmart was having some good employee friendly policies. In my experience I can't think of any good point with respect to the team, business line and manager I was working with. Apart from that there are some wonderful people to work with and one can learn a lot there.
Dislikes
Upper management didn't care about the complaints. Because of my manager 70 percent of the team resigned however no one cared. Impactful work is not there especially in HR and L&D. Biasedness. Zero investment on employees development. Pay parity is also bad. No standards.
