The management is supportive and always encourages teams to do better. There is an enate professionalism within the organization which helps to keep me motivated. Good Working Environment. Relaxed work sometimes too hectic many times.

Dislikes

appraisal hikes are literally 0 from last year. This year it's been delayed to Q3. It's hardcore services environment. Watever client says is the final wording. Senior leadership is not inline with employees all the time. Communication is delayed to employees for critical milestones.

Joining exp was very bad. Hr recuiter will never answer your phone calls , never reply to your emails, miss-commmunication , food is very costly , they dont provide you monitors in office , headphones are out of stock always.
