There is no work life balance Mangers playing politics Work culture is like BPO I had very bad experience with ltimindrree I joined before 1 year as a replacement of one of the senior lead because she was planning for onsite so they hired me as replacement of her. I was there for one year but still she didn't go onsite and she didn't given me proper KT Also my manager was asking me about my current package because was getting less than me because he was there in ltimindrree since 10 years So he was keep saying if you are getting high package then you have to take that much work pressure. And since then he was playing very bad politics with me. I'm taking work load of 4 leads alone but still he was saying you are not doing anything. He was taking me in call late night Whenever I went to office intentionally he was asking me to stay office till late I was traveling from Mumbai to Pune he knows that . So whenever I was in pune office he was intentionally scheduling some meetings so I was reaching mumbai same day at late night. He was not allowing me to interact with clients. He was asking me to work like fresher people.i was literally so much fade up with this so I did complaint with senior director. Now I put my resignation and got very good product based company. Talent Acquisition team plays with candidate career, they take interview for one role and place candidate in a lower role everytime. HR do not response properly as well. Managers are not co-operative. No human emotions in LTI management. People are not getting leaves if they are unwell. L&T and LTIMindtree is totally different in terms of their work culture and employee job security. Don't go just for the sake of L&T. They only say we are doing hybrid mode but the people are not getting even one of WFH even they are sick. For me they took interview for Billing Supervisor and provided role for Sr. Billing Analyst by saying they don't have Supervisor role at the last moment and ask to leave if you can't continue. They don't provide hike as well to any employee HR only say they will provide but at last moment they ditch the employees.
