Revise appraisal process and hike percentages, offer only relevant trainings or courses that have a market value and are futureproof. Increase manager involvement and awareness in the process and train them to follow ethical practices. Respect employee's personal life, recognize extra efforts. Update the sick leave and bench policy, so they mare more sensible.

Appraisals are very default even if you are working well and giving more efforts and upgraded your skills no one is appreciating it and noticing. its been almost 3 years in the company and got no promotion or hike.

No job security for freshers. No work life balance for freshers. Trainees will be terminated if they don't clear "Milestones" every 15 work days. No time to learn or revisit concepts. 60% of freshers do not clear the Milestones as there is no time to revisit concepts. Only come to work here if you like being overworked.
