Dislikes

Lot of recent org changes, M&A has created some internal disparities which needs management attention to iron out ASAP.

The day when I joined LTIMindtree I was so happy I thought I have beed tagged to application project.they have mentioned about the skills css and html for Browser. Ohh dear don't think css is cascading style sheets it is customer service support I was directly tagged to this project and they have not informed about the project clearly during the interview when I asked the question from my side at the end they said you will get to know Also, the management is worst not good the female or male employees Mangement will judge on your looks rather than your talent. If new joinee doesn't allocated in a project, then it is organization fault. I don't understand why they are forcing us to resign from the company. This is the biggest dislike that many of the employees facing there.
