WLB : Promotion : Job Security Work satisfaction Company culture In my opinion , there are the some policies at ltimindtree that could use improvemt. here are a few instance that highlight my concerns. 1: Despite working 12 hrs on holidays, comp offs is n't granted if the office isn't physically visited that day. 2: Earned leaves are being deducted for not being present at the office, even when contributing a minimum of 11 hrs daily for a client. 3: Appraisal process are demotivating here .. often delayed , no arrears and ranging between 1-5 %....Read More

Certain internal processes related to HR and Talent Management Project teams that I am across, works with lot of insecurities, fear, less maturity. Project teams that I am across mostly work as order takers, no real innovation, no automation, primitive ways of work style.

The work life balance is something that is well maintained working in this company. LTIMIndtree does look for ways to innovate and transform by taking cognizance of the latest technology and incorporating it into the ongoing projects. Push for AI has been positive.

Dislikes

The assessment based promotion system is a downgrade is what I feel. I have come across some employees who has said the questions provided, seems to be irrelevant to the skill being assessed.

Very good work life balance especially for women. WFH options are appreciable. Getting new projects immediately after the previous project ends.

Not at all employee friendly. I joined as a fresher and I have got rejected from all the projects as I had no experience. Not realising I had lesser experience than others. I was constantly removed from projects within 1-2 months and never got a chance to learn anything even though I actively completed all the trainings and certifications time to time. should provide flexibility for Hybrid approach..need to review the HR policies especially on Sick leaves.. there is only option to apply minimum 3 days of sick with the help of medical certificate.. normally cold & fever will be one or two days and it is not required to get in hospitalized and get the certificate.. please look into this as work life balance pespective

The infrastructure, cafeteria, cleanliness and order of the campus.

No job security for freshers. No work life balance for freshers. Trainees will be terminated if they don't clear "Milestones" every 15 work days. No time to learn or revisit concepts. 60% of freshers do not clear the Milestones as there is no time to revisit concepts. Only come to work here if you like being overworked.
