Nothing is good about this company, simply waste of your skills , time and loyalty to this company. No ethics for their skilled employees as salary is never given on time after it's 2 months of your joining. Salary is delayed many a times for 2 months and promised increments are never there. Before the time of increment you have to leave the company by your choice or theirs . This company doesn't even deserve the review....Read More

Dislikes

No Human Resource Management, No employees appreciation, No Salary policies to be obeyed as per their policies. Company is in sinking phase. I m glad that I left and none should ruin their own time in this company. If you're going in need for money, You won't earn any on time and you will be the next person to write the same review as mine.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
